PE was a disaster. 4 rounds and every set comes in with a 10 pumping and ends it with steps up for 40 times. It may sound easy to u guys, but hey, I'm not fit okay. With muscles cramps I'm having, I hope it go away as soon as possible. Friday will be having CNY concert. I'm afraid my leg will sprain anytime while I'm dancing. Go back home straight.
