The F&N students today had a little outdoor activity. It was at the Fort Canning. The place name is "at-sunrice". It's a high standard cook place where people graduated, paying over 100 bucks to take the course. We needed to reach school at 0715 and sadly, I didn't go to school with hubby.

We're all being served with a cup of Ice Lemongrass Tea specially homemade by the chefs there. Unfortunately, it made my throat to vomit out blood. Tak sedap oii! Since the chefs was not there, we were like cursing them and so had this little fear factor by finishing up the drink. Ewww. Before our hands touch on the ingredients, we had a little walk in the park. We learn about different types of plants and where they came from etc. We had two chefs, Chef Macdonalds & Chef Bijay. Yes, the chef's name is MACDONALDS, and I bet Chef Bijay is adik beradik Mr Vijay :D

Our first dish was French Apple Tart thought by Chef Bijay. We had fun playing with the dough. Skip, second dish was Herb Roasted Chicken with basil Mashed potatoes thought by Chef Mac. And that is what we had for our lunch at around 1330. Yummy absolutely! Move on to White Studio. That's where we learn how to do some food art. Cut an apple into a leave shape, peeling a tomato into a rose and a sweet flower kind of look from a chili. Cool or what huh?

Happily went back to school because from morning till evening was a very tiring day for us. Most people sleep in the bus while going back to school. We really enjoy ourselves. Though I've eaten food that totally buncit my perut, I still had my Bandito student meal at KFC with hubby :D And frankly speaking, I really miss hubby through the holidays as in was kinda hard to contact him.
